SCREEN SIZES ::

The inflatable screens come in different sizes and of course it depends on your audience size you expect to attend. Sizes varies from 6 Feet all the way to 20 feet and the outer border making it event bigger and impressive to enjoy.

HOW THE SCREENS WORK ::

The screen is basically a giant “inflatable ballon“! Yes, it has a small air generator that is constantly pushing air inside the screen boarder and it does make a slight noise, but with a nice sound system you will not even notice. (you will need power to run the screen air as well as sound and projection!)

Two large screens were provided because the room was wide, and the client wanted easy viewing of the content. Controlled lighting allowed the high resolution projectors to showcase excel spreadsheets as well as videos of upcoming marketing campaigns.

Two Bose Sound System Towers were used to fill up the room with crisp sound as well as a few wireless Shure professional microphone systems.

Wages and Compensation ::

You will be paid at the completion of each event, same day payment made unless mentioned prior to contracting of part-time technician. “End of event” is when all equipment used is returned “in the same as received condition” successfully to warehouse and / or event is executed / completed according to contract made on per event basis.

$14.50 – $34.50 per hour based on experience (we will happily train all those eager to learn)

Part-time hours includes 8 AM – 6 PM flexible hours during weekdays, weekend and after hour rates including overtime rates will always be paid upon prior consent.

The Dress code ::

Dress code is comfortable, sneakers, clean AV Outsource dress shirts will be provided. When working at a luxury hotel we will provide formal shirts to be worn during event hours.

The official launch of the Glow-in-the-dark Hennessy bottle (#heartofthechase) in Miami took place at the popular up scale Blue Martini in Brickell.

The Hennessy lovely promotion girls were on site to give guests as they entered glow in the dark stamps that matched the colors of the new designed bottle.

“This is fun, and the colors look so cool, I wanted to see the bottle in person” said a guest when they found out about the glow in the dark bottle on a friends twitter account.

TECHNICAL EVENT NOTES ::

To create the blacklight affect to enhance the bottle in photos, we used “2” 400W Wildfire Long-Throw 400W Professional Ultraviolet Lighting Fixtures, positioned on pipe and base with sandbags for safety and support.

A spot light with a black light film was provided to create a circle for pictures while painting the glow in the dark theme. In the back of the step and repeat banner, we placed black professional UV up-lights that caused the banner to glow.

Onsite technicians remained onsite during the entire event to ensure the lighting was “perfect” for each photo opportunity, specially when the celebrities and guests interacted with the models.

After all was set-up and tested, the AV Outsource crew had a minute to play – lighting assistant Enrique and Mr. Alujes The Technical Event Manager pose for a photo to test the glow in the dark lights.

“Hi, we need to rent a large high definition TV monitor for a government bid we are having tomorrow morning? We know this is such short notice, but is it possible to coordinate our request for tomorrow morning 8.30 AM?”
they told our office receptionist.

The government bidding for new business took place on the 18th floor, in the same building that the Miami-Dade County Court is located at the Stephen P. Clark Center: 111 NW First Street Miami, Florida 33128 in the conference room #18-3

Although, everyone was focused on the business bidding, our AV Outsource technicians managed to take a quick picture of the beautiful Miami Downtown view.

TECHNICAL EVENT NOTES ::
A large 70″ Smart HD TV on a black aluminum floor stand pedestal was provided, the consulting firm needed to showcase a software and present blueprints of a Miami construction project. A 25′ HDMI cable was provided so they had access to the computer from a conformable distance of the monitor.
