glow-in-the-dark bottle in Miami Brickell

The official launch of the Glow-in-the-dark Hennessy bottle (#heartofthechase) in Miami took place at the popular up scale Blue Martini in Brickell.

The Hennessy lovely promotion girls were on site to give guests as they entered glow in the dark stamps that matched the colors of the new designed bottle.
“This is fun, and the colors look so cool, I wanted to see the bottle in person” said a guest when they found out about the glow in the dark bottle on a friends twitter account.
TECHNICAL EVENT NOTES ::
To create the blacklight affect to enhance the bottle in photos, we used “2” 400W Wildfire Long-Throw 400W Professional Ultraviolet Lighting Fixtures, positioned on pipe and base with sandbags for safety and support.
A spot light with a black light film was provided to create a circle for pictures while painting the glow in the dark theme. In the back of the step and repeat banner, we placed black professional UV up-lights that caused the banner to glow.
Onsite technicians remained onsite during the entire event to ensure the lighting was “perfect” for each photo opportunity, specially when the celebrities and guests interacted with the models.

After all was set-up and tested, the AV Outsource crew had a minute to play – lighting assistant Enrique and Mr. Alujes The Technical Event Manager pose for a photo to test the glow in the dark lights.
