TECHNICAL EVENT NOTES ::

A 55″ HD Smart TV monitor was provided on a floor stand black pedestal with wheels, this made it easy to move the TV to the desired location that the client was satisfied with and that everyone in the room was able to see. A USB was used to “loop” the birthday video with beautiful pictures during the lunch birthday celebration, no sound was needed from the TV, all services of delivery, set up and assistance was provided by our AV OUTSOURCE technical crew.

Así que mejor saber donde vas a tener tu evento, y la fecha exacta, ya que ahi momentos donde esta limitado los hoteles y equipos para alquilar también (de verdad se agotan aveces!) en Miami Beach por el ejemplo (Festival de Art Basel en diciembre, Festival de Barcos Miami Beach “Miami Boat Show”)

CUANTAS PERSONAS ESPERAS QUE VENGAN A TU EVENTO?

Cuantas persona te va dar el tamaño de la pantalla que vas a usar, la potencia de sonido (power) y también el “brillo” del proyector. Son preguntas que siempre hacemos para ver que equipos mejor van con los eventos de nuestro clientes.

VA SER ADENTRO O AFUERA?

Su evento va ser adentro o afuera? Es fácil, pero importante, ya que las pantallas son muy diferentes y tiempo de montar influye mucho como el precio también.

TELEVISOR O PANTALLA GRANDE?

Ahora en dia mucha gente esta alquilando televisores, se ven mucho mejor y punto! Las pantallas si son mas grande pero ahora los televisores vienen casi de 2 metros! Así que quieres mejor para tu evento?

MICRÓFONOS, SI O NO?

Que vas a usar de sonido? Micrófonos inalámbricos o con cable? Si los de cable son menos gastos pero no te dan libertad para mover, así que tienes que ver que funciona mejor para su presentación?
