It will be beneficial to look for an established local company in Miami or Fort Lauderdale to provide your AV service, this is some “good advice“. (Mojito in sight! !)

KNOW WHAT YOU NEED ::
This may not be so simple, we know, because how do you know what you actually need? Your not a tech person, your in sales, in marketing, accounting etc… If it’s a projector and screen, great ask for that, but make sure you ask the local AV company if this is all you really need?

When we receive rental requests, we ask a lot of questions, because we can admit more than a bunch of times, we asked = will your presentation have sound? And the answer was “yes”, and we added a sound system and saved the presentation. Sound is tricky, microphones and mixers can be scary, scared of the “unknown”.

From experience in summary, tell the AV company, what you want to accomplish at your presentation, they must be able to answer this and provide an accurate formal estimate for your consideration. (Maybe a Miami Vice cocktail?)
