Wages and Compensation ::

You will be paid at the completion of each event, same day payment.

$14.50 – $32.50 per hour based on experience (we will train those eager to learn)

Freelance hours include 8 AM – 6 PM flexible hours during weekdays, weekends and after hour rates apply.

Freelance Dress Code ::

Freelance dress code is comfortable, sneakers, clean AV Outsource dress shirts will be provided.

The Hialeah Corporate Company (with more than 450+ employees) prepared “two” presentations with the same powerpoint content.  One in the morning to be presented to executives and employees that spoke English.

Festivities (with mouth watering Latin Cuban Cuisine) concluded with a brilliant 15-minute video thanking all employees for their hard work!

Our clients had a vision, so we made it happen! We set up a Bose Professional Sound System accompanied by dual wireless professional microphone systems. Perfect, even for a large warehouse!

They successfuly delivered “2” presentations to hundreds of warehouse employees.

“The challenge will be doing one presentation in English and the other in Spanish.”  They cheerfully said.

THE EVENT SET UP ::

We know how important every event is, so we show up early and we pride our AV company’s reputation on being “punctual“.  

We set up a Bose Professional Sound System and assisted the client with their computer presentation.  The client used their own screen as well as their own computer projector for this event (we rent screens, projectors, easels and much much more for meetings!)

WHAT AUDIO VISUAL DID THEY RENT ? ::

Again, we used a professional Bose L1 Sound System with two digital wireless microphone hand held systems.

The reason we used the professional Bose tower was because it has a “24-speaker articulated line array that delivers 180-degree of horizontal sound coverage” that will fill up any large meeting room for an audience of up 450+. 

We also had limited space to use in the front of the meeting room.  This challenge was perfect, to use our Bose sound tower.

4 Easy Tips to Renting A Projector in :: Miami Ft Lauderdale

Renting a computer or video projector doesn’t have to be a headache.  We’ll give you “4” easy tips on renting a projector in Miami, Miami Beach, Wynwood, Fort Lauderdale and Orlando :: South Florida.

1 :: Do you know what images you will be showing?

Will you be showing a powerpoint / Mac pages?  Videos?  Photos?  Or will you be just gaming?  (maybe, gaming isn’t so popular with our business clients, but believe it or not, we’ve had some really great video gaming events with our marketing partners!)

2 ::  Do you need the projectors to be portable or not?

At AV Outsource, our most popular projector to rent are easy to carry and easy to set-up so portability is very important, stick with these.

We love to be “light weight”, but once your projectors need to be “extremely bright like the ones you see music concerts”, they start to get very very heavy, some over 150+ pounds!
(yup. try to lift that in your car trunk!)

3 ::   What resolution do you need?

We’re going to save you some “techy” reading time.  If you need to show small prints or accounting spread sheets, stick with high display resolution such as 1080p (1,920 x 1,080).

If you are showing off a new marketing video, make sure you rent a projector that is HD.  All others, you can use no problems because your computer will adjust according to your budget.  (get the best you can afford, of course!)

4 ::   How bright do you need it to be?

Brightness is relative, if you can control the light in the room, go with a 2,800 lumen projector.  If you have some lighting a 3,500+ lumen projector will work.  If you have ambient lighting, or just want a very crisp image, stick to the 4,500+ lumen projectors.
(Insider note :: rental prices have decreased over the years on projectors, so go ahead, get a bright one with high resolution to “show off your awesome presentation”)

What resolution and brightness will you need?  This will depend on the ambient lighting in the meeting room and the image quality you have in your budget.

We always recommend the hight resolution and the “brighter the better”, when budget permits, it just looks the best!  (yes, we know, that is an obvious one!)

The event was at the elegant garden area (past the lovely swimming pool) in Soho Beach House.  “A private club for the film and creative industries”.

“It will be a Jeopardy” themed event.  We hare having this event for Samsung account executives, that is the reason we need them all to be curved as well as branded for this special event.

“The Soho House already has “2” 65” Curved TVs onsite, so we need to complement the rental with your AV company”, they told AV Outsource.

The elegant and private event was from 8 PM – 11 PM.  The Miami Beach weather was breezy and all the guests enjoyed the games, and of course the quality of the curved Samsung Ultra HD TV image.  “Looks Amazing!”

A special note :: Mr. Rafael Creston, the head bartender at Soho Beach Beach House was onsite to make sure that all the guests had a delicious cocktails!  (So if your in Miami Beach at the Soho House make sure you stop by to see him and say hello on our behalf!  Cheers Rafael!)
