Rental Terms and Conditions:  The renter - customer assumes responsibility for all equipment rented and purchased from AV OUTSOURCE. Renter agrees to return the equipment to AV OUTSOURCE  in the “as received “ condition. Renter agrees to pay to AV OUTSOURCE the full cost of any repairs or replacement resulting from damage, theft, or loss sustained during the rental period, including all rental fees while equipment is being replaced or paid in full by renter. Further, the renter will be responsible to return the equipment to  AV OUTSOURCE upon close of the rental period.  The renter will notify AV OUTSOURCE in writing, 24 hours in advance if extended usage requirement beyond the stated rental period is needed. Extension of the period will be at the discretion of AV OUTSOURCE.  

All rented equipment will remain the property of AV OUTSOURCE. Renter will not sublet the equipment.  All equipment and material sales are final.  Contracts cannot be modified orally.
